One of our preferred suppliers shared an inspiring social media message post COVID, which resonated with us and alluded to focusing on the wins that come with the losses, celebrating community, and crafting special spaces that inspire conversations and reinterpret our way of living.

In the design development of S Residence, we explore bespoke boutique residential concepts, pushing the boundary of what a family home can be with shared entertainment spaces on the ground floor and private apartments above.  Also, we relish inclusively renovating spaces to aesthetically enhance functionality, such as Project Rise.

Locally, in Steyn City, Outcrop Residence is proceeding with estate submission and Duxberry Residence, previously an addition/alteration project, is commencing with construction whilst MSLD prepares the first phase of the interior design development. Wonder Residence is progressing on site in Mooikloof and presentations prepared for the décor as the built-in cupboards have arrived and the kitchen ordered with M Square Lifestyle Necessities (MSLN).

We nestle into luxury escapes with the architecture and interior design of the exclusive AM Lodge in Manyeleti Game Reserve near the Kruger National Park, the designer cabins in the Abrikoos Kloof Luxury Pod Reserve in Montagu and YP Vineyards addition/alteration in Stellenbosch.

Internationally, we’re excited to share two of three high-end residential family homes in Zambia, Twin Palms, and New Kasama, north and west of Lusaka, and another private retreat on the Kariba Dam. In Kenya, we are submitting Residence Kiambu and starting the documentation on a restaurant for Epikaizo in Malawi. Down under, Melbourne Residence is complete and MSLD is finishing the interior update following the architecture design for another family home in Sydney.
