Outcrop Residence is situated in the prestigious Steyn City outside Johannesburg. With an area of approximately 800 square meters, the house features a dark material palate composed of exposed concrete, dark marble, and black aluminium.
A noteworthy aspect of the design is the marble-clad roof structure, seamlessly integrated into the east and west facades, imparting visual prominence that floats over the swimming pool. A large aperture in the roof structure introduces natural light into the pool terrace.
The north facade is predominantly glazed, offering an uninterrupted view of the surrounding landscape while permitting abundant natural light that creates a bright and inviting atmosphere.
The design exemplifies innovation and meticulous attention to detail, as reflected in the selection of materials that contribute to the creation of a unique house.
The resulting composition epitomizes contemporary architectural style and exudes a refined aesthetic that is both striking and sophisticated.
