S Residence is a modern home in Sandhurst designed for luxurious residential living with bold contemporary design. In the world of architecture, the boundaries of what a family home can be are constantly being pushed, and one exciting example of this is a modern, angular home clad in metal panels.
This remarkable property, situated in Sandhurst and enveloped by large, ancient trees, sets a new standard in luxury boutique residential living by blending artistic, abstract, sculptural design with practical living space and modern amenities, making it a standout in any neighborhood.
Unlike traditional residential designs, this distinctive architectural apartment concept features a shared basement and ground level housing a protected porte cochère, entertainment spaces, a barbecue area, a commercial kitchen, and a dining area suitable for large-scale catering, a large gymnasium, an indoor swimming pool, parking for 12 vehicles, as well as a private theater accommodating 30 guests, complete with an entertainment area and bar.
The upper two floors consist of private apartments for the owners and their two children’s families: each floor features a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, dining room, study, and four suites.
