The YO Residences is a mixed residential development located in the centre of Broadacres. The client’s brief was to design an estate comprising of 27 contemporary duplexes, 74 Luxurious apartments and a clubhouse with a strong focus on light and space. Vertical charcoal coloured steel roof sheeting was used in combination with Steel I-beams to give the buildings a contemporary aesthetic while red facebrick was used to create a residential atmosphere. Landscaping and large trees where used to soften the spaces and bring life to the estate.
