MOD Residence is an alteration and addition project in Mooikloof, Pretoria.  The brief was to transform an old face brick building into a contemporary house with a lot of visual impact. The primary materials used in the design of the building includes laser cut aluminium screens, steel beams, and glass facades. Areas were opened out to the north and south to provide seamless entertainment spaces on either side of the house.  A large wrap-around water feature extends from the front door through to the outdoors.
