House V is a project under construction in Featherbrooke Estate. The contemporary steel and glass addition houses two functions, the exercise and entertainment wing of the residence.

The sweeping forms are used to create pockets of usable space; the inside of the building houses a large lap pool and home gym; the outdoor area houses a fire pit.

The design is mindful of the many existing trees found naturally on the site and incorporates them into the spaces. Large openings in the gym and entertainment areas also help to create a strong visual connection to the natural surroundings.
