The addition adds a 6 car display garage, Guest bedroom, study, and library. The display garage is equipped with a car hoist that can raise a car to the first floor to be viewed and admired from the new first-floor study.

The building makes use of steel, glass, and natural stone. Large openings and new wall cladding have been used to create a contemporary upgrade to the existing residence.
