This addition and alteration project is located in Northcliff with views of Johannesburg’s northern suburbs.

The building is designed to make use of the natural slope on-site to create 4 different levels with large entertainment spaces on each level. Rooftop gardens have been designed to accommodate large functions and events.

Accents of steel and wood can be seen throughout the project, both on the exterior and interior. Larger glass facades have been used to ensure that the property makes full use of the expansive views and lets in generous amounts of north light.
