Introducing Eton Office Park
We are pleased to share the recent transformation of Eton Office Park for one of our long standing clients Domito Developments. Situated in Sandhurst, the renovation modernises a former neo classical building to represent the clients brand through a more contemporary and unified architectural language.
A facade screening system now connects the existing structures, with the glazed bridge incorporating the client inspired criss cross detailing to establish continuity and visual identity across both levels. The main entrance has been repositioned and anchored with a terrazzo clad base, where the contrast of light terrazzo and dark aluminium screening defines the buildings exterior expression.
Inside, the ground floor accommodates boardrooms, meeting rooms, and administrative areas, while the first floor provides private and executive offices supported by a lounge and bar. A green marble feature at reception sets a refined tone, with timber elements softening the space and adding warmth.
Eton Office Park reflects a clear and contemporary workplace environment shaped by material expression and brand alignment.
