The C&S headquarters is located in the heart of one of the largest industrial areas in Lusaka, Zambia.

The design of the street facade acts as a gateway to the office, as well as the industrial compound located at the back of the property.

The primary materials used in the design comprise of concrete and steel-lipped channels. LED strip lights are incorporated at random intervals into lips of the channel which adds depth to the design.

The buildings are set back from the street to create street-side parking, as well as creating opportunity for sidewalk landscaping.
