Bantry Bay Residence overlooks the ocean views that Cape Town has to offer, this family home is a celebration between the existing and the new. The design approach for this residence enhances the existing features, whilst introducing a contemporary design language within the new street entrance, gym, gazebo, and patio.

A combination of delicate canopies, perforated screens, concrete, and stone cladding is the result of these luxurious areas. The multi-level design allows for maximization of views towards the ocean which has been framed within each area. In its essence, the design is a constant dialogue between the private/sheltered spaces and the generous outdoor social spaces.
