The ALH Building is a multi-use project situated on a constrained site, consisting of a basement for parking and mechanical equipment, as well as a shop and restaurant on the ground floor.

The first floor is used for several offices while the top floor is two luxury suites.

Fiber cement exterior panels were used to reduce exposure to the sun, while still allowing light in through fully glazed facades.
