It is difficult to believe that the first month of 2021 has already passed.  Last year was extremely challenging, but with everyone back at work after a December break, we are inspired and look forward to new, exciting projects. February 2021 Newsletter On the building front, we have current projects under construction which are moving along well, with S Residence in Sandhurst and Co residence in Blue Hills approaching completion, and Sandhurst residence at roof level. Naval Hill House in Bloemfontein has reached practical completion with the finalization of M Square Lifestyle Design’s kitchen and built-in cupboards. February 2021 Newsletter February 2021 Newsletter Earthworks have been completed on House in Southern Africa and House Wonder in Mooikloof, while glazing is being installed at Culross Residence in Bryanston. February 2021 Newsletter We are currently in the approval phase for several new homes in Steyn City:

House KAHB and Riverglen Residence have both been submitted, and the first phases of the interior design with M Square Lifestyle Design are progressing well.

The two new homes in Zimbali are also proceeding well.

In Eagle Canyon we have submitted renovation plans for House De A and Pebble Creek Residence, which are also approaching phase 1 interior design approval. Harf House, Residence Bantry Bay, Fife and Mul have also been submitted. February 2021 Newsletter In Cape Town the Blouberg Residence has been approved by the council and we’ll be on site soon. The working drawings for the new home in Durbanville, House Frans in East London and Midstream residence are proceeding well. Regarding design projects, we are nearing client approval on Boschkop Residence and will be sharing progress of our international projects in our next Newsletter when our international website goes live.   February 2021 Newsletter February 2021 Newsletter Nico was featured in the VIA TV show, Die Argitek on DSTV Channel 147. He takes you through a journey starting from his own beautiful home and travels through to the magnificent Mooikloof home.  Nico ends his trip at his favourite architectural building – the grand Freedom Park.  If you missed the show, it will be repeated on 9 March at 22:30pm, as well as you can watch on Catch Up.
